On the shelves in the chemists you will find gums, patches and pills to help you stop - these help but, in most cases I have seen and heard about, are less effective than Hypnotherapy which gets to the main root of your habit - which is in the mind. This is where your habit programming lives and using Hypnotherapy and a blend of other therapies in a session, I have had massive success helping people to be non smokers for over 25 years.
The habit of smoking causes your body to release endorphins which is why people feel relaxed or good when they smoke - as soon as most people stop they miss the endorphins fix and start feeling a little jittery and sometimes a little irritated - this happens when people try to stop using many of the modern methods or just going cold turkey. The wonderful thing about using Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy to Stop Smoking is that I can get your body to feel good each time you say 'no' to a cigarette so you continue to get your endorphin fix.
